Thanks all, I'll see which project I'll be tackling next, 'cause I'm doing a software project at school as well, and I don't have all that much time...

@simplethinker: Little patches for small things are not worthy of being screamed all over the community.  ;D I'm already glad it's the first thing you get when you search google for "PTT patch" and that some people linked to it on UTI.

With ASM glitches, you can put up basically anything that uses the OS for out-of-purpose stuff. By the way, if the words "Application" or "ASM program" or "third-party" occur in your tech-support email, you get the fixed response: "We don't support third-party applications. Contact the developers."

But I guess you meant malfunctioning OS routines :)
Brandon Wilson 's documenting Bcalls as of now, so he'll no doubt encounter some weird stuff.

Sweet work! (this is pure BASIC, right?)

(between brackets: how long does it take to render the maps, or do you use storepic/recallpic?)

About the 4-tile radius idea:

If you use a kind of array to store all the enemies, it won't be that hard to check if one of them is within 4 tiles of you, having them pursue you is harder, but certainly doable.

There's also the GB collect with hidden files + any error glitch. It involves hiding some archived files, garbage collecting, and then causing any error. The calc will crash. (confirmed OS 2.43 and OS 2.40, not sure if it always shows up, though)

EDIT: well, it actually does involve using ASM programs...

Hi guys, I've been registered for some time on this site, but 1 post isn't really much... I've been in the calculator community for a few years now, mainly on UTI.

I will be 15 on november 17th, 2009. I live in Belgium, and I study Latin and math in what you'd call high school in the US.

I'm quasi-fluent in z80 ASM, but that doesn't mean I'm 1337, since I haven't accomplished anything notable yet. I know Java, some C and a little bit of C++. It's been more than a year that I've touched TI-BASIC, though.

I'm a bit into randomness as of now: occasional reverse-engineering, small programs, unfinished projects (the 99% share), etc. You get it.

EDIT: I noticed this forum is about music as well: I'm a renaissance music freak (about 1400-1650 is my style), and I play the recorder & the oboe.

EDIT2: And please don't offer me peanuts, I'm allergic..  ;D
