Ah ok, I figured that is what sort of what it was doing. Which Pokemon are you talking about? The one you have going on?
And ok, sounds good. Thanks. Take your time, no rush. Just wanted to let ya know 814

No, it all works. I'm just saying that if you're right about it tacking on a negligible decimal point that is the only place I could see it coming from.

Well I use round(#,0 in it but that should just return the integer part of a number, without any decimal places.

Well each time I get the domain error I always check what U (well now it is U instead of F) and it returns four. But I did put the iPart( around it and it seems to have fixed it

That's what I figured, that it should work. Ugh. This is bugging me now. This has never happened before

Other Calculators / Re: the apology you have all been waiting for« on: October 06, 2010, 09:51:04 am »
Thanks for writing this. I, hopefully, speak for Omni and say that we know it can be hard. Everyone makes mistakes and it is really hard to own up to them and apologize. So thanks for that.
Couple things though. I know that there were a few things you did but the really big thing that ticked people off was your victimizing of Snake X, and I only saw that mentioned once. Though I do like how you apologize to us and, especially, DJ I think you owe Snake X and even bigger, personal, apology since you openly victimized him in front of everyone. Now, I don't know if you've settled things with him in private (in which case forget this) but I really think an apology to him is due. Thanks again though for writing this, I know it'll mean a lot to some people. 821
TI-BASIC / Re: Probably Pointless Program« on: October 06, 2010, 05:13:05 am »
Ok, so I found a couple more optimizations I missed so here is the newest one Now down to 667 bytes. I think there was another one that I saw but didn't implement but I'm to tired to look.
I'm also going to post a program I created when I can get this freaking routine to work correctly, instead of giving me domain errors. 822

What do you mean? This is pure TI-BASIC so I can't do gray.

Ok, so I started working on my own version of a calendar generator, just for the fun of it. But when I get to my display routine something happens and I can't figure out why it's happening It really is not making any sense to me and I can't explain this.
The code section is this: Code: [Select] Text(H,12F-9,E H=14 F=4 E=1 It just doesn't make sense to me because Text(H,39,E and other things without a variable in the second argument work fine. Anyone know? 824

WabbitStudio Software Suite / Re: WabbitStudio Software Suite« on: October 06, 2010, 12:22:38 am »
Well I'm fairly sure it isn't supposed to happen, but I could be wrong. Wabbit isn't exporting programs correctly. I tried to export a program for Sir and the programs ended up being empty.
Also, probably not related to Wabbit, but it slows down/becomes very laggy when running a game with gray with the setting set to "Game gray." (If this should be somewhere else sorry, I just didn't know where else to put it.) |
