except that axe won't work well with floating points, which the command uses a ton of.

Well since you're using the TI-OS one shouldn't that get around Axes floating-point thing?

Well mine gives someone the right calendar apparently. I mean I checked the one for September 2010 and it worked and seemed to work. What was the problem with it?

Axe / Extra Variables?
« on: October 03, 2010, 05:31:43 am »
So I'm fairly sure this hasn't been asked, or at least I haven't seen it and couldn't find an answer anywhere. But my question is: Are you able to access the extra variables that the calculator has? Like the extended pictures and such. I would think you could but I don't know much about Axe so thought I'd ask. It just randomly popped into my head.

If this has been asked somewhere, sorry :(

Ya, I know. I just avoid double posting if I can (even after the time limit :P). I just figured he would have checked it again so I waited.

Thank ya :) Took about a day to create the other three and debug them and all, then maybe an hour going through trying to optimize them as much as I could, which seemed to be good besides nemo's seq( tip (just had to find something, didn't you ;)). Then posted :)

Don't nethams... er... lobsters turn black/red when cooked?

It really just depends how they are cooked and what the species is. The classic lobster that you see is red though (usually either a dark bloody red or a bright vibrant, but rich, red).

Hm, what colour would Netham be if he were cooked?

Rainbow colored.

Woo! "Screenshot" finally! I've been waiting for one :P Looking really cool. Wish you luck :)

Not to bring up the Quick Modify button again, but are you by chance using Chrome?
No, safari. And it is not a screenshot, but a mock one.

Ya, I know. That's why I put quotes around the word "screenshot."

Ah ok. Well in Chrome it did the same thing, it sounds like, but if you scrolled down (in the post) it would show the save button. (Though for me it was a little text box and I had to do that. I don't know if you had the full sized text box or a small one.) Anywho, glad it's fixed now.

Actually, round() is better than iPart() in this case. You never know when the result might be 3.999999999 and iPart returns 3.

Oh, right. I don't know the actual formula for calculating all this so I didn't think about using round(.

So many little things that I forgot about  :-[

No worries, we all do it from time to time :)

Introduce Yourself! / Re: I also want some peanuts!
« on: October 02, 2010, 10:06:28 pm »
Welcome here, 200 posts or so ago. ;D
Peanuts generally come to peanuts to a shell.  Crack open the shell (it's not a very hard shell), take away the "skins", and enjoy! ^-^

I went to Logan's Roadhouse and ate peanuts today... :)

You know you don't really need to get rid of the red "skin" :P
