Really nice! When I first saw the screenshots, I thought it was 3d :) Is there a great plot to go along with?

I read somewhere that they might eventually place the blocks in complex mathematical formulas.

Problem with creative: Redstone stuff that uses buttons doesn't work. The buttons just break.

My method of finding mineshafts is as follows:
Find ravine.
Fall.
Get mad.
Change to peaceful while exploring deep cave. :)
Look for random planks.
Follow.
Find chest.
*profit*
Fall in lava and lose it all.

On the first day I found a village and "borrowed" some wheat...
Really. I replanted it later.

Has anyone else found an abandoned mineshaft yet? I found a huge system, complete with abandoned chests. I really like the new rivers and ravines. I spawned near the ocean, so I swam to an island and made it my home. Nothing can get at me now!

Axe / Re: programming help?
« on: September 08, 2011, 09:49:13 pm »
Welcome to the forums! The Axe documentation is a very good place to start. It can be overwhelming at first, especially some of the lower level stuff, but if you keep working at it, it will all become clear. The way I learned was by experimentation. I would look up something in the command list, and then try it. If you do this though, expect a few many ram clears  ;)

You are a huge part of this community, it would not be the same without you. However, if you do not want to remain, then do not feel forced. We will always remember.

Very nice! I also like the bouncy text. It seems like you have put a lot of work into this game already. The physics is interesting, where did you learn how simulate it? Was it Builderboy's tutorial?

Math and Science / Re: CAS
« on: September 05, 2011, 11:02:21 pm »
Well, If I can learn enough to make one, it will either be really slow in basic, or Axe. I will have to take a look at that, and see if I can make sense of it. Some more info I found: The cas system in other ti calcs (Ti-89T, I think) is called "Derive". Would anyone happen to have more information on it?

Ti-84+SE. I am very interested in stuff like that, but sadly, I don't know much about it. This is my way of learning. Ever since I made a "semi-smart" equation solver in basic, I have wanted to know more about algebra systems. It is interesting to think of how I could make something that could solve equations like we could.

Edit: I know that the cas system in other ti calcs is called "Derive". Would anyone happen to have more information on it?
