I changed out the laugh, just curious if anyone finds the fact i do that little girl's voice disturbing? As far as the bpm, i realy don't know as I just made paterns and then arranged them (something that is one of FL studios best features, I can't figure out why no other programs i have seen do that)

The second and third sound like stuff out of doom/old arcade games...like them as is a lot.
If you want guitars, slayer in FL studios is kick a**. i don't know if you can afford the 20-300 dollars it would cost to get all of that though...if you pmed me...(I hope just saying that much doesn't break forum rules kevin, if it does, just edit this)

as far as tic tac toe, why not just use a look up table and have the computer's skill determine how often it makes random moves, logical moves (block the win, go for wins, etc) and how often it does a "perfectly logical move" that can garuntee either a win or draw

In game, it looks better. I think that next version of the engine will be a lot better suited to effects though.

Well, how about a one person version of pong where you control both paddles and have to keep the ball in as long as possible, a game where you have to keep jumping and moving to avoid the wll behind you crushing you or pushing you into a pit (like mario run type of game). A game where objects keep falling from the sky and you have to avoid getting hit, either by shooting them diagonaly, or by dodging (just die when they hit the ground), you could do some of the game and watch games, a simple rpg, etc. Enough ideas?, cause I am sure i could think of dozens more.

it can convert the models into most formats, and you could probably make a python script to convert it to any other format you wanted. it isn't a 3D engine, but the models made in it could be used in one. Remember the pics of my old 3D game experiminet...well, lets just say I am doing some more experimenting.

The one I made in blender is a 3D model for use in games/movies/etc. The picture below are photos of the actual gun, a franci spas 12, aI found on the interweb.

I just started it tonight. I plan to reduce the number of polys so it would be more game worthy, fix up the shape in a few areas, add the retractable stock, add an animation for firing, and finaly, skin the details that don't make sense to waste polys on. Right now, I am also trying to make a pair of hands from scratch, and I also want to do a number of other guns, and then I'll probably start work on some original weapons. oh, here is what the real thing looks like I am having trouble figuring out how wide certain parts should be from my reference pictures so far, but hopefully I get some better pics soon and have this gun done.

Hmm, I guess i could put in a "classic mode" that is a collection of the original levels. Hell, I could add in fixed version of ball (which I stopped working on) too. Would take a bit longer though.

Doesn't seem people care much. Anyways, I am taking a break working on the new engine to get the last demo in the old engine done. Up to 3 decent rooms, plan to have at least 6. Also, I have spiffed up a number of sprites and fixed a few bugs. I might try and get the boss I wanted to make done for the demo, but i might just reuse the giant saucer enemy thing from the older cb, but with some new effects and a few twists. The boss i want to make is pretty complex, so I might just save him for the new engine.

spas 12 shotgun early model, still no skin, polys aren't optimized yet. I plan to improve this a lot this week.
