No...I want to make my own calculator to compete with theirs...muwahaha. Seriously, they don't care what we think, to them a clock speed diffrence and a very low capacity flash card are "competitive". That said, I am much better with programming than electronics as I don't realy have time to learn to much about electronics.
Oh, and as far as flash goes, bought in bulk 1 gig should be less than 10 bucks, and color screens are pretty comon and probably under 10 dollars to. Everything else to would not cost to much, and if you added a cart port then you could make money selling games.

well, you could always make your own custom mapper using xlib. Basic unfortunately has its limmits, though a smaller screen size with room for stats on the side and such could probably be rendered farily fast.

just to show some visual bling...that there required full drawing feature functionality though. I am not sure if I will include complex sets of visuals like this, but I doubt it concidering how complex that is to make.

Its a set of menu, move-able size-able window, button, drag and drop, and so on standard routines to allow for easier app development. Kinda like visual basic inside of game maker games, though these are just scripts. That said, making things like ide's and level editors and so forth would be far more easy with this. And of course, I alos am making a few apps using these routines, which are progressing as nicely as can be expected.

no, I lost that little effects test and the handfull of enemies and effects I made for it. CB is backed up up the ying yang, and I am working on meticulous design notes just in case anything ever goes wrong.

well, the applications type stuff I am working on I might be able to make into a seperate dll or something and is going to be used in a number of apps I am making, however, I am not going to talk about them untill I actualy get an early version for them.
And besides, that project was basicaly just me applying a new set of sprites of the cb engine and testing a few effects that I already have managed to recreate and incorporate into cb. So basicaly, what I lost was a set of graphics that imo, aren't as good as what I can do now and a few ideas.

compared to a single $400 drop in the bucket to play games for several years to paying hundreds each time I want to play a new batch of games, and the fact I am not that fond of mouse and keyboard, I think 360 is the best deal. And compared to a 250$ for a wii that only has 3 games on it that'd Id buy to the 10 that will be out by years end for 360, and the quite a few that I am interested in...

IMO, the wii has no games I want. Consoles however have gta (hopefully this one will have decent controlls), bioshock, halo 3, etc. and it only cost a few c notes compared to k notes to upgrade my pc again.
