Necro's Polytexture: a Modeling and Texturing project is under way, here is a screen shot drawling functions are minimaly implemented (just line fuction and singe dot from paint brush) but the work...kinda. Will probably need to find/make some progs to convert bmps into jpgs, gifs, tifs, png, etc. since it is the only file format that GM can output without a realy bad resolution/distortion.

mine is from the nintendo forrums...when I first joined, I went under the name earthadept (from golden sun) but got banned for being a jack a**...had no life and so I made a new acount I haven't gotten banned yet called necro_reincarnation...or something like that (I may have misspelled it.) I rarely go their anymore as I am to tempted to verbaly decimate people who act like complete morons. I followed kevin here after epc shut down, became staff...and when I joined, shortend my atrociously long user name. It was a dual meaning originaly, necro being sometimes a corpse and reincarnation...me unbanning my self through a new registry. It also fits some one as morbid and desensitised as me...though it doesn't capture my practicaly bipolar personality.
at fmr...change it back, change it back!!

QuoteBegin-crzyrbl+8 Oct, 2006, 6:01--> QUOTE (crzyrbl @ 8 Oct, 2006, 6:01) | A lot of you have been wondering what I've been up to lately. College takes about 90% of my time, so I haven't had a lot of a time to myself. One of the clubs I joined is Gamebuilders. Im learning how to use a 2d game library called HGE. Our group is coming up with a bunch of arcade-like games. I plan on working on a platformer idea I came up with: Super Einstein! Starting off with a mario-based pseudo engine, it will be slightly more puzzle than action. The pipes will be replaced by worm holes. The enemies are just equations that are blatently wrong, and when you jump/attack them, they rearrange into their correct form. You can even use some equations as blocks, etc. The blocks that slowly disappear after time will be replaced by an ultra-long tautology currently being concived by my TA. When they become true they disappear completely. If i include any vechicles, i am gonna use the infinity sign. I am even gonna decorate the clouds with a little PV=nRT (ideal gas law). If anything, this project will help me learn some of the many equations I need to know in college |
what on earth are you majoring in?

The only way to improve is to see what is wrong, then practice it away. I always thought it weird that it generaly seems the better I get at art, the longer I end up spending making it -.-
