Just my opinion, but if the outside part isn't working well as grayscale, did you try dithering it?

Why didn't ti make all (or at least most, if the os needs some) of the ram available?

Well, right now the thing that is the most time consuming is my accounting class, which is now half over.  I am working on some board games, a single possible calc project, and occasionaly a game called Lorn.
