OmnomIRC Development / OmnomIRC SVN Information

Here's what I believe to be the complete source code for OmnomIRC + all other things required.

Read-Only access, sorry. :P

If anyone actually wants to get this up and running for themselves, feel free to ask for help. It will function as a full-fledged client/server architecture without the IRC bot, too.

There are a few places where I am using full file paths (includes, mostly).

Also note that the GPL'd code in btoa(the unicode conversion code) is 100% unmodified. The base64 tools (after the lower copyright notice) are slightly modified to add calls to the unicode code, and to remove errors that I thought weren't needed(My code compensated for them.)

Edit: OmnomIRC has been released under GPL. The SVN has been updated to include this license.

Edit2: The SVN was changed to port 444 from 443 due to a conflict. I forgot to update that here, mah bad.

iOmnom_Mini source in (most)entirety(removed the message signing functions for obvious reasons.)

The view_omnom.php file is available elsewhere in this thread, I believe. The message.php file will be available when I get the SVN set up for OmnomIRC.

Thanks everyone, and congrats to you too, Juju.

Edit: Anyone else really want to put a redirect to a rickroll in this thread?

Have you followed the instructions for your browser in this
http://ourl.ca/10749
thread?

443
yes, I also just reduced the padding to 0 for the cells. They're as close as can be without overlapping, now.

444
Yeah I noticed that. It might be nice to reduce the gap between them to show more at once.

Done.

It doesn't update here (v12.0.742.100)

Clear your cache, a couple other people have had to do that on Chrome to get it to work. Check http://ourl.ca/10749 for help.

Lucida was far too wide, and reducing it at all made some characters overlap.

I'll see about font selecting. If I could read all system fonts in Javascript, that'd be awesome...

That was just temporary, you should be able to refresh and get it back.

Yeah that could work. Else, if it wasn't for lack of certain chars or copyright issue,s he could just use TI fonts. :P

Another idea is Fyxedis. They look like SNES characters.

I had the TI-83P font on there for about 12 seconds, it looked horrible.

Speaking of horrible, all the web-safe sans serif monospaced fonts suck.

You can PM them, but they won't be notified of it. They can view it with /query, though.

Updates for today:

1 - PM support. /msg, /q, and /query. Works like you'd expect it to work on IRC.
2 - Other channels now highlight when you are mentioned in them. The tabs turn red and highlights are processed as normal in them.
3 - Made the tab engine quite a bit more featureful.
