So, far, I have decompiled the swf file, and have tried to extract the actionscript from the swf file. But, I can't find any COMPLETELY free swf to fla converters. I am tired of all of this free trial and free trial limitations shi*t. I am angry that no program I have found is completely free, even if I type in "Free SWF to FLA converters -buy -sell -trial -sale -shop," in google. You can download the fla and the swf file from the link at the bottom if you want to, and open it in your internet browser or adobe flash, but as for the sprites and actionscript, then I will see what I can do to find a completely free converter, and post the files in a zip file. swf file: https://sites.google.com/site/nelsonaddisoncom/stuff/raze.swf?attredirects=0&d=1fla file: The file is 35 MB, so I can't upload it.

SDL, or Simple DirectMedia Layer, has to ability to work with many languages, such as C++, C#, Lua, Java, etc. SDL's compatibility with C++ could allow us to create 3D graphics drivers for the nspire. When nSDL is released, I will take SDL and C++ tutorials, and see how I can be a factor in creating these drivers. I'm not saying it's going to be easy, it's not, but maybe I can see how much of a help I can be to people who are eagerly wanting to enhance the nspire even more. Oh, and by the way, the Sega Dreamcast uses SDL 3d drivers. Maybe an emulator could be possible. We'll have to see.

Guys, doom is awesome and all, but we don't have wolfenstein 3d on the nspire! and all of the file sizes for ndoom are huge, so I have to use my space wisely. I really need help!

Guys, I know the the Elder Scrolls II:Daggerfall was raycasted, kind of like doom. It is a maybe about emulation, except the map files are not wads, so it can't be run with nDoom launcher . What we need is something like Dosbox for the nspire, but how does one make a program in c that can read a specific file type? And, I would really like something like this, since Dosbox is being a jerk with daggerfall and saying that I need to insert a cd-rom. I think that i could make a grayscale version for the nspire's limited space. But, nspire c is very different from the c I am learning.

I think that I could make a program in c that would secure our nspires with a password by defining the password using the scanf function. The only problem is, how will I get it to run on the startup of the calculator, and how will I make the password able to be defined by users of the program? Note: If i can get this to work, someone will have to compile it into a tns file for me.

I put oslauncher and nleash on my nspire, and none of them worked. nleash said that the file type is not supported, and oslauncher rebooted my nspire, and did not work. I really need cas on my non-cas nspire! please help! neither does blockdude!

I was surfing the internet, and I found a lua to c converter, and a c to lua converter. It would be possible to convert standard lua scripts to c, so we can run them with ndless, but we would need to create a c to lua converter. This would be awesome because we would be able to play c games without ndless because of the nspire's 3.x lua capabilities. -Nelson

guys, 3rik and I are in the phase of animating the galaga sprites. he has scripted the codes to move the spacefighter. this is a learning process for me, so i'm not much help except for animating the title screen and the game over screen, so when we are finished, I will know how to make a good game using lua. Then, we can create games much faster. Here is a gif of our progress: We'll be finished soon!

Nspire student software has to have the ability to read the os of the ti-nspire. There are four ways that we might just be able to get past this ability (tell me if I am wrong): 1. Trick nspire student software into "fake-reading" the os of your nspire, allowing you to downgrade it. 2. Create a program that scans for downgrade protection in a ti-nspire os image, and removes it. 3. Create a new linking program that allows you to downgrade your nspire. 4. Downgrade ti-nspire student software.
Numbers 3 and 4 are most likely to be possible, whereas 1 and 2 may seem slightly.. er... dumb.

I thought of this idea when i was using tiny-3d viewer in study hall. such an awesome program thanks to chocksta . But animation and typing is so slow! this gets on my nerves. So, I want to make or have a program that runs lua scripted tns files in full screen, and speeds up the frame rate. All you have to do is rename your lua scripts like this <example.lua.tns> replacing example with the name of your lua script. This is kinda like a lua emulator, except the whole concept is not an emulator, it is a more enhanced way to use lua programs and games. such a good idea, isn't it? -nelson
