There is a nice app on ti-89 titanium "Made Easy" can do these:

TI China site shows two new kinds of NSpire... CX-C CAS and CM-C...for Chinese users...
It says CX-C CAS will have an e-dictionary in the next OS. And CM-C has only 32MB RAM. I don't think the white one looks nice. And as for the dictionary...
