And again, I have a problem!  I'm trying to install Linux Ubuntu 12.4 32Bit on a Win98  Never worked!  Now, I borrowed a CD/DVD/Whatrever from Sorunome. (It's correct name is "MULTIBOOT-DVD" ^^ Well, on it are: Ubuntu 12.4 32Bit Ubuntu 12.4 64Bit Debian 6.0 Linux Mint 12 Puppy Linux 5.28 GParted 0.12 I now was able to start Puppy in live mode! Every time before I saw the desktop, with an icon called "install" but it always freezed! this time, I see a black screenm, but the iconbar is visible and it isn't freezing!!  Please elp me! I need to install it now! I'm not sure itf this will ever work again! (Always tells me, the hardware is incompatible) Sorunome told me he can do something that it looks like Ubuntu 12.4 32bit, which I want to have on that computer! But first, i need to install it! Only running in livemode now!

Maybe your router blocks out your computer?
Why should it block the laptop from one day to another??? I suspect your DNS settings.
Reminds me of the DNS-changer-virus! How to get known what's wrong with it and how to fix it? Make sure the clock is correct. Some computers and routers can behave strange when the clock is wrong, especially when the year is wrong.
Only 12sec difference from the other computer! New strange facts: On skype, I still see, who is online and who isn't! Only sorunome, who was on "away" before he went offline, isn't shown correctly! is online mode always changes between "away" and "offline" I can even click on "videocall" which is only possible of the other guy is online! but on the other computer I saw that he was offline all the time! When he went online again,he called me in skype! but it was also telling me on the laptop that he's calling me! I was even able to talk to him, using the laptop!! O.o after I quit the call, everything was as strange as before again!

to reduce the chance of getting virusses in the future, it's best to always save files you download, and then check if the extension can be harmless. Also pay attention to files with double extensions, like "help.txt.exe". To not get fooled by this, make sure you have configured windows to show the file extensions, and also make sure that the file type that windows recougnizes matches the extension. Almost everything that has a double extension that ends with .exe, .jar, or any other executable file extension are virusses. Also, sometimes what you download isn't what you wanted to download. Always check the name and the icon too see if you're not downloading something else. And finally, don't trust 'installer' programs that should install only a single file. For example an installer program that should install a readme file. And last but not least: Try to use only legal and preferably popular software. If you download google crome from the official google website, you won't get a virus, but if you want to download a cracked copy of minecraft, you might. And if there's no other popular or legal version, then keep task manager running while opening it, and if it behaves unexpectadely, close it as soon as possible, and do a virus scan afterwards.
If you follow what I typed above, you get considerably less virusses.
I always only use cracked version which I got of friends, using them too! And I NEVER trust downloaders! Who needs to download a program that downloads the program you wanted to download?? Everytime I get a .jaf rile, I first open it with 7zip and check every single file inside!  But I might have problems with the last thing... ii have avast free edition it was able to pick up anything that came from the internet in real time before it does anything, a pretty good program id say.
It always worked fine with Kaspersky! I don't think I'm gonna change the avp!

My own bro stoped coding on TIs after he lost his unfinished shipshot-game (aready was 140k) which was on his broken TI nSpire!

together with the warning that the virus came from Softonic Downloader
i still wasn't able to delete that program - I can't find it! .____.

It's me again!  Only a few days after my virus problem (I posted about it) I now have the next problem: my laptop! The internet isn't working anymore! (not through wifi nor through lan!) OS: Win7 When I try to open a website, It tells me that there's no connection to the internet! (tried it out with: Firefox, InternetExplorer, both in InPrivate-Mode and in Normal-Mode) The strange thing is, that it tells me it's connected to the internet! Also, InternetExplorer tells me, tha my internet settings for IE are veeery unsecure! But I haven't changed that and it never told me that before!  I haven't had any problems when I used the laptop last friday, when I was at Sorunome's hose Nor when I used it jesterday! since that, it hasn't been used!  I can be sure that the laptop is really connected to the internet, because when I tried pout Ping in CMD.exe, it was successful! Any ideas how to fix that? (I dont know what those guys will think when I have to bring it away to repair!! They gave me my Computer back only 2 days ago! That wpould be very embarrasing)

Yeah, passwords can't be read by humans if they don't look at the program output as I cout everything the bot recieves for debugging. Well, it would be possible to hardcore brake the passwd by trying through every possible solution
