I guess the choice questions are illegal because in some ways they contain answers, right?
It is illegal to distribute them because sometimes they reuse the questions from year to year. Of course, they don't (I don't think) reuse the questions on the released exams. (Although I question that, as this year's PSATs were the same as the November 2007 SAT  )
Really? How did you know that? So there is actually a way to obtain previous SAT exams?
