General Calculator Help / TiLP2 Transfer issues
« on: March 20, 2011, 11:44:48 pm »
Argh... I'm getting errors when trying to transfer stuff from the computer to the calculator using TiLP2. It's giving me 0.0Kb/s speed, which, as we all know, is not downloading at all.

Help please?

Have fun guys.

ONEUP is of my creation, showcasing some strange mechanics.
BS is also of my creation. It's not really hard, it's just unorthodox.
leafiness0 made LEGEND and NEEDLER. Good luck? They're small and are only one level long, but don't let that fool you.
FRUSTRAT and A (IMPOSSIBLE) are other people from our school.

You should improve on the interface. When given two of the coefficients, the program should predict the third coefficient, and solving for it.

I still have both levelpacks.

I'll send you six levelpacks that demostrate our school's level-making capabilities.

Hmmm, I got somewhere with TiLP. But now my computer rejects my TI-84 as an malfunctioned device D:

Sigh.

EDIT: It's working better, changed cables (for the fourth time). Hopefully I can get those levels out to the world.

Using 32-bit XP.

Yeah... I'm using XP right now (and up to SP3 too)

Ok, garbage-collected and ram-cleared. Nothing.

By the way, both my computer and my calculator can tell that they are connected to each other, it's just that the programs on my computer can't.

@sircmpwn: Wait, XP compatability with what? Do I have to downgrade to 2000 or something?

Using 32-bit XP. TiLP crashes if I try to do anything significant. (It says none->null #1 at the top; clicking it makes the program attempt to search for the calculator to no avail; pressing Operating System, or refreshing on the Screen window makes the program crash, as well as pressing Variables)

TI-Connect doesn't crash, but it doesn't do anything useful either...

(and yeah, that's TiLP2)

Once I figure out how to get TI-Connect working. Did a reinstall, changed drivers, etc, to no avail. :(

Look, leafiness0 makes levels that are nearly impossible to start, let alone finish.

I need to fix TI-Connect, then hopefully I can dump some mario levels on here. Our school is pretty sadistic at level-making...
