Update! I redid the whole thing, now it's smaller, but only one speed. Shooting and stunning works, and now the ball goes in different directions when it hits the paddle in the same way the ball moves in Atari pong.
I'll post screenies and program later.

No, the "new" one is just stab again, so I have two stab options, and the 2nd one doesn't work.

I'll get the demo to you soon, stupid tiConnect is acting up, so I had to reinstall it on a different computer.

I got pretty far, found a few bugs. The double "take dagger" option is still there. When you level up to level 6, item drops from the monsters are way too frequent, something like 3 out of every 4 battles. The item drops show up at the very top of the screen. Also, you can one hit KO anything at level 6 (used a dagger). For some reason, also when I leveled up, I learned Stab again, so I had 2 stab options. The new one doesn't work, the old one works fine. Anyways, it's alot better than the first demo, very playable. I have a question about where the end is:

So this is what i did: Uninstalled TiConnect 1.6.1, reinstalled it. Doesn't work. Uninstalled that, reinstalled v.1.6. Still doesn't work. Uninstalled that and installed tiLP. Still doesn't work. Uninstalled tiLP and Gtk+ and reinstalled tiConnect v 1.6.1. Still doesn't work. When I first plug my calc in, it recognizes the drivers and installs them. However, ticonnect doesn't even register that there is a calc plugged into it- it just looks in com1, doesn't give me a usb1 option. I'm using the black usb cable, and I have OS v2.43. Tried garbage collecting and ram reset before, still doesn't work.

I'll try reinstalling it and garbage collecting. Can someone post a link for 2.43?

So I have TiConnect v1.6, and it used to send and recieve programs just fine. Recently, I downgraded my OS from 2.53 to 2.22 b/c of compatibility issues with TiConnect, but now, even though it connected fine the day after, the programs won't transfer, giving me an error message of "connection has been lost" whenever I transfer programs. Which really sucks because of the new cage match entries I want to try out.
Help?

I found it strange how ticalc has a lack of rhythm games, especially one like tap tap. So I made a concept program demonstrating how the notes would move and how it would look. I'm not very good at calculator programming, so others can take over this project if they like.

Tiny update, as I was bored while studying for my gov test. Demonstrates the shooting, no hit testing yet. And btw, shooting means stunning each other when hit for about 3 seconds, adding a new level of skill in a classic game.

I don't think I'll make it two player on two calcs, simply because I don't know how to do that. Anyways, I like it on the same calc.

Update! Now graphics are truer to the Atari Pong. I'll work more after tests are over.

I found it surprising that we didn't have an Atari pong clone for axe! So I was bored one weekend and decided to start up programming again as a hobby. So here's a nice 2 Player pong, 2nd/alpha for left player to move up/down, d-pad for right player to move. apong is the compiled game, all other programs in the group is the source
I'm updating graphics and adding shooting in later.

Wow, nice work! Is that grayscale or monochrome? I love these rail style games.
