Hmm, do you mean BBCbasic? I heard of that.... not the most popular thing

DJ, completely different, the DCS bug makes it so that it does not turn on at all, you would be surprised how many people made the same comparison you did :P

DJ, remember that doing that causes the connectors to get loose, or something of the sort

It is annoying at first, but if you use calc84's reset program, it is not as bad.
Except when you always forget to move the cursor over it or over the folder it's in everytime you turn off the calc x.x (which is why at one point I gave up x.x)

I totally agree with you, it is the one reason I dont have ndless now :/

Calc84 made a patch, but it gets annoying after a while, I want to see if there was a way to make the LCD permenantly stay on

Other Calculators / Re: Nleash for TI-Nspire OS 2.1
« on: July 29, 2010, 10:09:42 am »
Hmmm, a bit off topic, but, I dont think TI can really fight against Nleash.

One question though

To get past the downgrade protection, doesnt that require asm of some sort? I mean, there is no way for nsprire basic to accomplish that. If so, this means that the .tns is executing asm, without ndless?

I understand that to use ndless on an nspire, one must have OS 1.1. Sadly, the OS comes at a price, a bug where the LCD does not turn on properly.

I was wondering weather the community could somehow fix this, with a permenant patch, or something.
