Maybe the person with the rocks running the universe told him how the universe works.

Welcome to omni Kottizen. What version of linux with KDE?
Don't they have a linux version of minecraft? I thought I saw it on their site I hear that FreeBSD and linux are the best for servers. with BSD possibly being a little better I think I'l dual(multi) boot my laptop with 7 64bit and linux mint 11(possibly others also) 1730

I saw somewhere that 74% of computers are running XP. I wonder if that includes computers with dual boot OS's.

Mint is very close to windows. You don't have to use the terminal much, but on most distros you do.
I actually use the terminal a good amount because of the android programming I'm trying to do. It is very useful, but not as needed. 1734

Linux is a good OS you just have to be comfortable with the terminal for most distros and willing to work to find some things. It works better for programming and personalization imho

I was interested to see what OS's people think are best. That way I can choose the best for my laptop/desktop
I chose ubuntu(actually for the linux mint) becasue I've only used Windows XP/7 and Linux mint 10. I also chose XP as my favorite one becasue It worked well except for the viruses and the other problems... It was the best windows one I've seen Yes Haiku is a real OS it is not just in xkcd. http://haiku-os.org Tell me if I forgot any. I don't know any of the BSD ones names so I just put BSD 1739
