My school doesn't really know about games on calculators except for the ones I show them lik nDoom.
The one other person I know who plays games on there calc like BlockDude more than Pegs

I think that would depend more on what the bug is. If you don't know where to post it though you should always post it where the programs author will see it.

Who knows maybe if were lucky TI will have a bug free OS(I believe the chances of this are about the same as randomly guessing the private key for a 2048 bit encryption)

I don't care about wheel scroling because I don't have a wheel on my mouse, but when I did have a mouse with it I really used that a lot.
