Yes but on and off so. I couldn't find any tournaments in my area for people my age and my brother lost almost all of my official nerf bullets so now all I have is messed up versions of stefans(tape instead of hot glue and a safety cover so I font hurt anyone)
EDIT:@Darl most default nerf guns aren't very good. They only become good with custom bullets and mods

They might be if you make a certain kinds. I remember looking at these tournaments before. I thought they said that stefans were allowed. I'm not sure if they allow heavily modded guns though, so make your mods invisible so they don't suspect

Its theoretically not impossible is what I meant. Unless there is a breakthrough in factoring -stares at Xeda- this is effectively impossible. Who knows maybe we will find another way to find the answrs we want.

There are pretty good tutorials on the internet I've read/seen.
I would do this for myself but I don't have the money and my parents won't let me
Also you might want to make custom bullets. If made right they have better range/power than regular nerf bulets but they are a little dangerous(stefans)
