Oh my bad, I read "have at most 6 programs" as "have at least 6 programs." I think I have about 100 items in my Axe compile menu

Idk either so much. I think Qwerty wanted to make a joke about how deadlines are always 12am (like the axe parser contest) and how people stay up late to submit their entries last minute or something

Metroid: Chozo Mission / Re: Metroid Chozo Mission« on: November 19, 2010, 06:01:25 pm »@squidgetx : don't worry about that !! I've coded a collision issue auto fixing system which recalculate your position when you are under the floor So gravity will not so hard to code when I will doing that Wow, nice! I guess that method is fairly exclusive to this type of game though. Will the levels have only one 'floor' (not multiple heights)? 1341
Axe / Re: Executing nostub progs« on: November 19, 2010, 02:10:58 pm »
^ so it simply stops execution in the current program and executes the pointed-to program, then returns to the original program?
I can't think of anything that might interfere... Edit: something sort of related was discussed here I'm not sure what ended up happening though :x 1342
Metroid: Chozo Mission / Re: Metroid Chozo Mission« on: November 19, 2010, 02:08:43 pm »
Woah, that looks really nice.
I advise that you fix the gravity soon though; you're gonna have to recode all the collision detection though 1343

^ Nothing happens when I try doing that (you're saying, press APPS while selecting the last item in the list which is a backup file, right?)

Ash: Phoenix / Re: Ash: Phoenix« on: November 19, 2010, 07:19:52 am »
Ouch, I'm running very tight on space now. Combined everything fits into the app with about 600 bytes left . must...optimize..more...lol. I think I'll return to the battle engine for a bit and optimize that because it has some chunky stuff in it too

The Axe Parser Project / Re: Features Wishlist« on: November 18, 2010, 08:25:18 pm »Matching icons to each program would be too complicated. In what way; I don't quite get what you mean. I think he's just looking for a way to just define the 16x16 icon in the header or something in a similar way that Sir's program gives you hex to paste into the first line of the program, but instead of using Sir's program, the new feature would allow you to do Code: (for example) [Select] .Program [hex for icon image] or something similar

I actually heard the opposite (that iPart was faster), but then again I haven't coded BASIC for like two years so I could be wrong
