Unfortunately, the calculator prototype appears to have suffered a short circuit during the experiment, thus, no longer working.

OH NOES! D:

Steadily working on optimizing. I have a lot of code that I can "subroutinize" for space, plus I've got the grayscale to be way less flickery. I'm probably going to stick it into Sourcecoder and print it out so I can look at it all at once and organize it a bit better :)

But that's not 9001 times...;)

People can always use changeofbase formula to do natural logs if they need to. Ln() is great, plus it looks like "line()" which is sort of relevant (as Deep Thought said)

crap... 55x8?? Judging from what you're ide menu looked like I thought you wanted 8x55 :(

Well some of these are textless so you can flip them some of them you can probably change/fix to make them 55x8.

And lol Runer

From left to right we have Empire, (nameless), Connection, Mesh, (nameless) and Accelerate

And yes I drew these on my calculator

Just as a side note, I do slightly disapprove of your topic-bumping over IRC. You can stand to wait thirty minutes :P. We're an active community, but not that active that you should be expecting a reply in less than thirty minutes. When someone wants to answer your question/help you out, they will; a 'new post' notification in IRC won't change that.

Back ontopic, here's a post by thepenguin77 that should help :)
If you are going to use TiLP, don't expect to be able to fall back on ti-connect. TiLP makes installing ti-connect twice as hard. Your problem could be related to low batteries, but here's a nearly sure way to get ti-connect working again.

1. Plug in your calculator
2. Go to device explorer and uninstall it
3. Repeat 1 and 2 for any port you think you may have plugged your calc into
4. Uninstall ti-connect
5. Go to your drivers, and delete libusb0
6. Restart computer
7. Reinstall ti-connect
8. Plug calculator in and let it install
9. It should work

Are you just looking for like a border style? Font? "Anything as long as it's text?"

Contra / Re: Contra

Personally I like using horizontal commands :P But if redrawing speed isn't an issue, collision detection will be easier to deal with because the offset value is probably also easier to deal with using a redraw method

ooh looks cool. The menu is nice and intuitive, the only problem was that it took me about 1 second to realize that to select Edit/Archive/Protect you had to press Right, but I was also pressing the keys on the skin on wabbit. Nice to see you figured out that archive/unarchive thing :)
