TI-Freakware is accepting tutorials of all kinds, for all types of calcs. I am currently looking for tutorials describing the use of some of these libs (for all calcs) that gives detailed information, as well as code snipets so people can see how things go.
If you have an asm/c tutorial that you think should go up, I will be accepting them as well.
And no Kevin, I haven't forgot about yours, I am still working on it...

Well, I plan on storing to a string, and sort of using Kevin's method, have it loop through and stop at and skip when it reaches a certain character.

I am hoping to make them graphical... I might be able to do 32x32 graphics, if there is enough room...

It will display the sprite of the person that you are talking to, and it will paste the text under/above them. I thought that it would be a cool way to do things...

Problem with that theory is, you will have to have it search the key pressed and compare to string character, to determine that, which would bloat the code... Currently, it just adds 4 to a variable, and when backspaced, it subtracts 4 from the variable...

check it out: http://www.tifreakware.calcgames.org/downloads/ZT3.8xpYou will want to modify it a bit, but I am sure you can understand the program... If you have qs, please feel free to ask. Oh yes, Spaces and any character less than 4 pixels wise mess up the backspace function, I really haven't found a way around this...

I am talkin Legendary. I beat Tartarsauce by myself on heroic in under an hour... We had spent nearly two weeks tryin to beat him, then said to heck with it and finally went and looked up ways to help defeat him. That was the only level. The rest of it, we did it guns a-blazin.

Oh yeah, on 'Tartarsauce', as we so affectionately call him. Got his shields down, slammed him with the 'missle' that the banshee has, and it took him out after several hits. You would have to watch it though, since the brutes would come out, you could shoot the missle in the middle of them, and they would all jump off of the edge, committing suicide.

ROFL! Those were a pain in the a**, but we had less trouble with those then the second area of boarding craft. Oh yeah, I guess I forgot to mention this, but we beat halo 2 legendary a few weeks ago, and we used a Banshee to finish it off. >D
