As for learning, I'm enjoying W3Schools so far.
Learned quite a bit already.
Yeah W3schools is definitely the best place to start. They have tutorials/examples on everything. I don't know how many times ive tried to start learning PHP only to give up because im too lazy.. :( I would like to learn it though. It'd be very handy.

Wow. That is amazing so far. The speed is great, and you have lots of the tiles in already. Heh all that's left is more levels and enemies :D. Very nice

I was reading my algebra book in 10th grade and it showed a program you could make to do a certain equation, and thats when i learned you could program your calc. Then I proceeded to program amazing games. lol

heh yeah WOOT for Spring Break! too bad its over :( But i do have some "news" about progress on this game. I plan on switching to 8x8 sprites and tiles because quite frankly, my spriting sucks and there doesn't need to be as much detail in 8x8 as there should be in 16x16. Also, this will allow for larger maps/more areas to travel too. From what i have written down and in mind, this might have to be broken up into 2 or 3 parts o.O

Sorry for the lack of progress recently, but now that spring break is almost over, i'll be heading home tomorrow back to my calculator to work on some sprites and a new walking engine.
