Hmmm...  The razing animations are aalmost done, but its not always working for some reason...  Also I added some dialogue, and an small closet.  I'll get a very early demo out this weekend.  ;)  to be hoonest, it looks nothing like my earlier screenie.  :P

EDIT:  it seems Gateways follows this rule:
12.  Poor Little Rich Hero (Meis Rule)
If the hero comes from a rich and powerful family, it will have fallen on hard times and be broke and destitute by the time the game actually starts.

I would like to. Don't expect anything fancy though, like another exodus. I might try the whole dual layer thing though. 4000 bytes is pretty big in BASIC. The only time I ever made a game that big was because it used a lot of picvars :P

Now, I wish you had given a category, I need to think of what to do!

I thought Exodus was Horizontal text sprites?

well, even wen your moving, if the screen doesn't scroll, no need to re-map :P

in my RPG, your character is fixed, and it always scrolls when you move.
