Even with a ton of changes I still get the error. I think I will just try a different song, but I will miss Still Alive on my calc.  :(

Lol that would be fun XD.

We would need to make sure no one can remotely crash someone's calc, though...
Last time I checked there weren't too many z80 viruses floating around on the internet.

Thanks. Also when trying to convert a song I can not get through because page 7 starts with FF. Do you know anyway to get rid of that. I also tried running through the steps one at a time and I tried over riding the error with -f, but then the app became invalid when I tried to send it through TI - connect.

I just ran truspeed and got 16487412 Hz. That seems to be quite high to me because I thought all 84's were at 15 MHz

2011, TI-Nspire CX, except that it was only for competition against the PRIZM.

speaking of which, should I get the Nspire CX or PRIZM?
Well I would go with a Prizm, but it depends on your preferences. We do already have a C/C++ environment for the Prizm though.

Whatever year the 83+ SE came out. One of my favorite calcs of all time.

This is no bug: http://ourl.ca/9028/177703
Please be a bit more careful before declaring everything as a bug or glitch.
I don't think m1ca4 even declared a bug. He was referring to an issue we have been having with OS versions. As far as we know, there are actually two versions of  OS 01.02.0200.  Make sure you fully read over posts first.

TI-BASIC / Re: Why never to use Goto.
« on: February 24, 2011, 12:34:15 pm »
This topic reminds me how I was forced to use Goto to create loops on the TI-81 due to lack of While/Repeat/For() O.O

Like:

Code: [Select]
0->A
Lbl L
DISP "TRY
A+1->A
If A<100
Then
Goto L
End

Stuff like this?
That reminds me of how I code loops in asm. otherwise in BASIC that's how I coded when I first started using the language.

Yeah, I know, mod 9.

Another way to exploit this digit-forcing trick is to reverse a two-digit number and subtract the smaller from the larger.
What was your result anyways?

One would make an adapter from the usb-out to a standard female trs jack. :)
Hmm, that's going to be pretty tough, but the Prizm has a headphone jack. I think I'll get started on a music player.  ;D

Spoiler For glitch:
1*9 = 9. Two digits?

Just consider it 09. It still works. and no it is not a glitch

PLEASE READ SPOILERS IN ORDER!!
Spoiler For 1:
Pick any integer between 1 and 10.
Spoiler For 2:
Now multiply that number by 9. You should now have a two digit number (unless you chose 1, in which your number is 1 digit). Find the sum of the two digits. eg. if you have 33, 3 + 3 = 6
Spoiler For 3:
Now subtract 5 from that number
Spoiler For 4:
Alright the next step is to match your number with the corresponding letter. eg. if you have 1, then your letter is A
Spoiler For 5:
The next step is to find a country that starts with that letter
Spoiler For 6:
Now take the last letter from your country and find an animal that starts with that letter
Spoiler For 7:
The last step is to find a color that starts with the last letter of your animal
Spoiler For 8:
You are thinking of an orange kangaroo in Denmark. Right  ;D If not either you messed up the instructions or you are too smart for this test.   <_<

New hardware! How much memory does it have? What languages does it support? What games can it play?

Oh wait we are talking about about that kind of hardware.  O.O Well anyways I hope all your movement and strength is fully restored now.

Casio Calculators / Re: PRIZM Emu
« on: February 23, 2011, 09:49:30 pm »
Has anyone figured out how to transfer calc files to this emu? I tried dragging them on the screen but it said invalid file type when I tried dragging add-ins and program files, and when I tried setting the emu in receive mode through the linking menu it said not supported in the emu. ???

Is it even possible at all? I liked how most TI emulators allowed such thing. It would be nice to make animated screenshots of games ???
Yeah you won't be able to do that with Casio's free trial.  :P Their emulator is not a real emulator in that it only emulates the software not the hardware. Meaning you can not add your own files.
