Ok, now you can see the progress in my signature. Actually, I finished game intro/menu, and About/Thanks menu. Scenario is fully finished, moving elements sprites too, but I have ALLLL the map and map sprites to design. I created letter-by-letter displaying text routines, black on white and inverse, and "TextArea" routines for displaying long texts. I'll maybe post a release/screenshot quite soon. I create also a slower/pretty/lighter routine for DispGraphrr : Lbl Display4:DispGraph(L6):DispGraph(L3):DispGraph(L6):Return
PS: I use Axe 1.2.0 beacuse of the 13-char variables/labels names ^^

*Topic title edited, DJ !
A new few spoils : there will be 4 grayscales at some moment, and I'll maybe release two versions : lite & pretty You'll have to choose between size and graphics at some points ... sorry ...
And just a little help, epic7 : what do you mean by "Zelda-like time notifiers" ?

Hi, I'll present here my entry for the 2012 Apocalypse Contest. One Day Left is a game, coded in Axe, in which you have one day left to live before the apocalyptical end of the universe. Only one thing is sure with this game : at the end, you will die. It's a black and white RPG in which you may meet scientists, beautiful girls, zombificated humans, US army, and maybe your own family or someone else's family. If I can finish it at time, you will have more than one way to die ... If you have sprite suggestions for the map (or any other idea), please send it to me : [email protected]I don't know if this topic will be updated this week, but I'm sure before 3 weeks I'll post a release of the game. Enjoy And don't forget to choose me !

Could I get the $20 now, because after my death I won't be able to spend it ?

PS: Happy =) congrats to Deep Thought, once more his entry was really awesome. (when will the final results be published ? )

Hey, I post it just to say you that the current downloadable version is the 1.1bêta, the final 1.0 will be finished in july. Upcoming Features: - Recording songs in appvars
- Playing music from an appvar
- Maybe multinotes ( if I found how to play them )
- New Design and no more external Pic
Please post a lot if you liked the flying donuts, 'cause I'll replace them by A, C#, F, etc. soon if nobody disagrees. EDIT: I'll try too to adjust sound frequences, actually it's in 8-bit datas, I'll make high-quality 16-bit numbers =)

the program's settings are stored in an appvar. But now the storage doesn't work.
@shmibs : I thought to make something which creates a second backup appvar, whoch contains only the last little changes =)

Actually, the program is able to shutdown calc, be protected by a pincode (but the internal appvar storage doesn't work), organize Axe source codes in folders ( a source needs to be in RAM to be moved ), run ASM programs from their source code and back up the source ( with an automatic mode which backup only when you did big changes since last backup ),display or not grayscales.

I abandon the project. In ASM, the exe's size is too much for TI-OS, and the appvar mem doesn't work .. ANYMORE ! -_-''' If you have a good game idea, please join me by PM or at [email protected])=

Yes, it's for TI-Concours. It's like a program manager, see : http://ti-concours.com/axe/projets/voirprojet.php?cat=2&pseudo=Zero44Actually, the compiled code is near to 7500o, needs at least 1500o to be executed ... But app compiling is not working. It should be able for example to edit sprites, into hexa then into the code. (there's actually 'ghosts' programs, but idk if it's the pgm or my calc -_-')

This is a secret project for the moment, but I think in June/July it will be finished and publishable. What I can actually say is that this is an Axe project, helping to make Axe projects It's supposed to backup source code, launch asm program and edit the source code in some ways. But if you can wait, I think (and §I hope) that it will help lots of people (for those who are not beginning in Axe). Enjoy. (even if you have nothing to see ) EDIT: faked screenshot[

Heeeello ! I just wanna say you that you can help us to improve the game. Make suggestions by posting in this topic, or send me a mail at [email protected] . You could think to other useful objects, and there is how you can do to add pokemons : •Draw all evolutions in 32*24 sprites •Tell for all evolutions : -Level at which the pokemon evolute -Strengh -5 attacks and the levels at which they are learnt -where they can spawn approximately on the map ...And post it in this topic. Please help us ! And long life to Pokemon on TI 83+ !

Hey,
I made a program to send pokemons between two calculators. It's normally included in the zip of the game, and with it you can send one or more pokemons to a friend's calculator, if you want him for example to give your pokemon experience. Using it is quite simple, all you need to know is written in readme.txt file.
Enjoy ! And please give me +1s . =)

You could left the rc system on your car and make a controller on your calc, for example 2nd to stop/'launch' car and left/right to drive it... You just need a part of a calc cable, and maybe a one-bit memory (2 NOR logic circuits for example), and leds if you want. I can make you program if you want (already done ...).
