Nice! I like it! Zera, how long do you spend planing all of this? You sure can plan really, really good!

It sounds really good! The only idea I have requires hooks, and it's not even that good of an idea. Wait, never mind: You're RAM is cleared; There are no hooks...

That's a nice idea Zera! I doubt if I try it, but it is definitely something to ponder.

I have experienced this once: When I beat FFTOM2 (calc RPG), both of my characters were around level 25, while the max is 50. I thought the final battle was really easy too. Illusiat 13 and Escheron will both be awesome because you two know for sure that this should not happen, and I applaud you for that. Great concept!

I glad you figured it out. It's awesome when some code finally works. However, it's not fun when code doesn't work. I remember the worst time for me ever was when the variable B had something like 7.9999999999999 in it, and fpart( returned 1 instead of 0.

This is an OS glitch. A fix can be found here: http://ourl.ca/4181/77420As for ROMs, it is against forum policy to post links to ROMs, but I'm pretty sure you can use Google. Good luck, and welcome here!

I'm glad to hear you're still here. DJ, I've talked to you for a half a year now, since two nights before you left TIBD. You are an excellent person, yet you cannot control yourself when you get frustrated. I know you know that, but it is important to use this knowledge to prevent future "pullings of DJs." I do not know how to help you with this, but I will try my best. You're too great a person to lose based on a rash decision. Please stay around, as you are such a great asset to the community. I am glad that you're still here, but I know you are concerned about "How long will I be around and on the internet." Yesterday was another situation where you jeopardized this; Please stay around-I know you would be missed if you left. No matter what, if you need to talk or anything you can post here and know there will be support. You are held in such high regard by so many of us that your respect is almost 100. That's over double the second highest respect, and proves how awesome you are. Without you, Omnimaga wouldn't be as great. I'm glad you're still here I'm glad you have apologized, and I hope everyone at TI Bank understands. Like critor said, "Have courage, hang in there." I'm sure you will eventually control your frustration, and you will feel better. DJ, thanks for everything you've done for me and for the community. I'm 100% sure that my calc-community experiences are better because of you. Thank you.

I like the Safe_Copy Pointer idea. Great idea! Could you automatically initialize the pointer to the most common value of it, as it would be only be a little bigger and less prone to crashes?

Looks like I'll do varying damage. Though different weapon's with different damages is possible, I think it's already enough for the user to remember for different stats. So, unless there are any objections, I'll use the varying damage method. Thanks!

Well what about if you had specific code for 84+'s and some for 83+'s and you wanted the compiler to smartly compile it, like a clock function that calls the clock on one, and for the 83+ it just uses cycles or something. It would help for the more advanced users.
Well do we want it to compile smartly or run smartly? Most likely Axe programs will be released as just regular asm programs, and the user wont even ever need to touch the Axe compiler, so having a smart compiler wouldn't make much sense. What would be better is if the clock function worked different ways on different calculators.
This is a very good point! Can there be support for both options?

If a great 84+ emu came out for the Nspire, I think it would come close to getting a POTY. (InMyOpinion)

Thanks guys! Question: Should attacks do the same damage everytime, or should they vary randomly? A: Yes (Four of the same attacks could be: 200,203,198,201) // Illusiat 11 like B: No (Four of the same attacks would be: 200,200,200,200) // Illusiat 13 and Pokemon (minus critical hit) like Make sense? What do you all think? This is pretty important, so I'd like some responses. Thanks!

well the thing is that some of the staff kinda stopped coding when hired and only posted in the spam section. Altough I liked some of them, it seemed like the old team didn't really care that much about calc stuff.
That's too bad. I'm glad that all the staff now has projects.
