Excellent idea! I don't have many good combos yet, but one of my favorites (Serenity style) is E, d. It's the main sprite in my Elmgon Movement Engine Screenies.

I think I'll abuse XCOPY some, because I see certain (planned, not programmed) sub programs that I will want a lot. The save file will be, well, I havn't gotten there yet. So far I'm using lists L1 to L6 and LA to LM and about 1/3 of those will be in the save file. I doubt if it will be much over 500 bytes, though. It's so cool to have so many lists! I have to have a "List of Lists" in my notebook.

Yay! An idea! Will you code it? I'll put all three together, if you guys want. I have a neat idea for how to combine them, but it's hard to describe.

Remember the battle code is the spot where speed dosn't matter. I think the speed may still be an issue, as I think I'll show the stats for each move as you chose a move.

Submitting a work in progress should be approved similar to the way files are approved to the archives. That way, the ticalc.org staff can filter out the files that need filtering before they actually appear on the website. Ratings and reviews are probably a bad idea, I think that should be the purpose of providing a link to the project.
I like this idea. If you provide a description of a "Program in Progress" and a link for where to discuss it, then you generate a lot of travel to the site from the link. Sounds good! In the GreenfootGallery, they use a voting system that i have not seen implemented before, but works suprisingly well. First, you can only vote for programs you like. Programs are rated by the amount of votes, not by a rating system. The second, is that they use a formula that combines votes/views/recent votes/recent views/new updates in order to come up with a 'popularity' rating that also is a good estimate of general interest on the site. The thing that seems to protect it from malicious intent is that you can really only give programs positive press, the worst way to affect a program is to ignore it completely.
That's an awesome system! It's great that you can't really bash a project. Genius!

I don't really understand what the poll would be about. (Sorry) Those screenies look really-amazingly-awesomely-great!
