Cube Droid This game is my favorite, and earns my vote. I enjoyed it immensely. It is graphically very pretty, and nice and stable. Even though the last level is impossible, I had loads of fun playing the rest, and they all cause the appropriate amount of thinking and problem solving. The learning curve is a little steep, though - it would have been better if there were a few easy levels to get you started, and a better readme would have gone a long way. I still loved this game, and that why it gets a 9/10 from me, and my vote.
Thank you, Sir. If you would like to play the last level, it's here. The 4th level is also there, because it was messed up in the demo as well, except it was solvable in its "oops" state.

I actually have an idea for an entry now. Let's see how long it is before I code it and submit it. P.S. It's name will either be Chain Reaction or Detonate.

When I pull a battery, press [del] and while this put the battery back, it shows the screen that I should install a new OS. When I now plug in the USB cable, TI connect finds my TI, but I can only send a new OS. ATM I send the 2.55MP OS...
EDIT:WTF?! IT WORKS with the 2.55MP!!
I think it's just that it didn't work with 2.22 because it was such a low OS version. I believe you'll want at least 2.30 for most compatibility. Oh, or OS 0.46.

Nice work!
A question: What are closures useful for? What can you do with them?
Optimize. Basically part of your routine is a common task that you have to do a lot, so you just put that in a subroutine so other spots in your entire program can use it other than just the routine that the code itself is in. Or at least that's what I gathered from the tutorial.

Thanks for the interesting read. I hope you'll find Cube Droid more enjoyable when it has all 36 levels in the final release. It'll also have documentation that I didn't write in 2 minutes. I like your game. It's going on my calc for sure.

Alright, thanks for all the great info everyone Ok, get myself a 84+SE, learn BASIC, ASM, and AXE. Hone my skills, then move on to a Casio Prizm when I feel I'm ready lol I kind of wanna paint the casing and add a backlit screen, is that a bad idea or no?
Yeah, go for the paint and backlight. Just be careful. As far as which 84+SE to get, try and get one that has a letter between A and F as the last digit/letter of the serial number, which is stamped on the back of the case. Those have more RAM.

Cool. I was able to listen to the Youtube video, and though I'm not really a big fan of his singing, the piano's pretty rocking. Here's a link to see me play: (Skip the first 1:25 to skip the talking.) I'm the trumpet player.

Yeah, sorry for my lack of instructions; I was too rushed. Don't worry about not understanding it when the real release comes; there's going to be an in-game tutorial and everything once I get around to it. As for an easy level, I think 3 is probably the easiest. My favorite is Tag by far. It's a classic, well thought-out, fun, difficult puzzle game that I can see myself replaying whenever I feel like playing a game on my calc. Move over Graviter and Psychee, there's a new puzzle king in town. Edit: Is it just me, or does Crabcake seem pretty unstable?

Please note that my entry (Cube Droid Saves the Galaxy) was rushed to completion and thus the final two levels are messed up. If you would like to play those levels, check this post: http://ourl.ca/11145/228484Also, I'm glad to see the other entries. From what I've seen so far, Tag is one of my favorite programs of all of 2011. I hope the others impress me like it has. Oh, and Sir's entry is too hard for me. I give up.

I love this games simplicity. It's pure bliss.
