Not this game. The only way to play Mario on the Nspire currently is to download gbc4nspire and run a Super Mario Land or the SMB Deluxe ROMs.
That's unless you mean my video of the 83+ emulator for the TI-Nspire, but that version of Project M was nowhere close to its current state. It did not even support water and touching an enemy caused the camera to focus on that sprite.
