4 level is fine inside game engines too using xLIB, but only if you make the game only for the Silver Edition or 84+ models, because it's slow

The following shows the speed before adding any collision detection checks. With collision detection it's twice slower. This screenshot is taken on TI-84+, btw, on TI-83+ it's twice slower

Isn't that little guy on DJomnimaga'spost.. Rueben?? Lolsss I LUV Ruebens Quest!! I think it's the Best RPG ive played on the calc.

Yeah I actually did Reuben Quest :P

I still get surprised sometimes, though, when I notice how long it has been since I created it. Sometimes it still feels like yesterday. Maybe because I never finished a RPG afterward but I still code for calcs, idk x.x

Try to use EDIT button when there's only a few minutes away from your other post, though.

Yeah.. i couldn't finish Ruebens Quest the lost mirror.. I got to the mirror. Broke away the rocks.. went in it.. saved.. Found nothing. Thought it was a puzzle so i broke the rocks in different patterns.. and then went in the mirror in different sides while breaking the rocks.. yeah.. i spent 30 mins doing that.. then gave up.

How are u supposed to beat the Lost Mirror?

I assume you were there, right?
&fmt=18

Actually when you enter the sort-of parralel world (by entering the mirror) you need to go to the village to the east. It will all be in ruins but there will be some sort of fountain at the top and IIRC there's a switch inside you must hit to clear the fountains blocking the mirror at the bottom of the map.

Thanks about the music I made it somewhere in 2008. As for the 2nd mirror, actually this dark parallel word is like the future, sort of. But yeah I hope this solve your issue, though x.x. However watch out I think the final boss was extremly hard.

Gonna split this to its own topic, since it's rather offtopic now

Ugh yeah... I myself can't even run Reuben Quest Ev Awakening on my TI-Nspire (lot of programs gives ERR:UNDEFINED). Only Merthsoft ever got to run it fine on anything else than a TI-83+ or a TI-83+SE. THe main issue is TI-Connect I think. Many of my old games won't send fine with TI connect.

this is not to mention usually i had to unpack hacked pics in some of my games and full of steps to install the game. Illusiat 13 is just a 2 step install process at least.

i have no clue x.x

However, for my old games, sometimes, ungrouping the program files directly on the PC with ti-connect instead of sending the group directly to the calc can fix the problem
