Im not so sure guys, he for sure isnt advertising anything, and all of his sentences have to do with the same thing in a very un-spam-botish way.  I PM'ed him a confirmation request just in case.  

Yep, sounds like a bot to me.  It just sounds weird, not something you would see from a human.

Mhmm, I'm not sure if it's a spambot or not, but if not, then welcome here Also yeah it takes 5 posts to be able to PM. You can send PMs to people before they reach 5 posts, though.

I also moved this topic because it was posted in the wrong forum section. Such request would go in the ROM hacking sub-forum, as Pokémon Red sub-forum is for discussion about the TI-83/84 version being in the works.
