This is probabally because of all of the spambot-deleting. The newest member is... BLANK!!! at the bottom on the home.

Yes, when a bot is deleted, it sometime fails to look for the latest member.

in the admin cp me, tifreak8x, rivereye and tenniskid can fix this with the recount statistics option
