It's quite good, the only thing I'd work on is the calc image and slogan, they look a bit out of place as they are now. The logo and background work very well.

well it look kinda fine imo, maybe we could make the calc image a lil more transparent or lighter, right now it has a dark border. To the right there will be our project screenshots

Well, they're also much better artists than I am, but I write better than they do, so I don't really worry about it.
