I wonder, anybody (especially older members) have ever noticed that Omnimaga periods or activity and inactivity always seems to be out sync with the rest of the entire TI community? What I mean, is that every years, when summer starts, all TI sites get inactive, except Omnimaga. Omnimaga always get inactive in early august instead. And when school starts, all sites get more active because people get new calcs and all, but omnimaga still stay inactive, until maybe mid october. Not worrying too much because I know it always pick up again, but i found it interesting. I wonder, it maybe just a coincidence, but ever since the forums opened back on may 2005 it has been this way ever since. we even get an heap of new members right before school ends o.o

Could it be that we're one of the lesser known sites in the community? IIRC that's the reason I joined UTI in September and omnimaga in October...

no, because revsoft and tifreakware are less known than omni and their activity periods are similar to more active sites. Plus, Omnimaga is the 4th most active TI forum in the community, after cemetech, unitedti, maxcoderz.
Omni made it online much after those though (2004 actually), even if it originally started in 2001

Well, according to your post, this forum is fairly active compared to others. So I have a place to post at at the same rate as before summer started.
