It looks like Yahoo mail is even less...
It's seems impossible to find a good system that doesn't have any flaws...

I suppose we could just give up and do what DJ_O said by giving trusted members the password. :P

Oh, and I overestimated. 25 MB is like 45 seconds.
But I guess it might just be better to have group of people with a password.
But maybe we could add a forum section for YouTube, to discuss what videos need to be made, and to post our videos for the admins to upload, or maybe find a free site that will let many post files to it, and let a group upload from there.
Although I did find this, we might be able to email ~4 minute videos.

Somebody should make an end card for this.
I would, but the only photo editing software I have is paint, and the only video editing software I have is Windows Movie Maker.

If you used WinFF/FFMPEG to convert videos to smaller formats, such as MP4, you could use Dropbox to share video clips between one another then one uploads to Youtube. Right now on my Dropbox, I have 6.75 GB of space, so it can potentially handle large files.

Late last night, Quebec was invaded by a group calling themselves, "Omnimaga". Not much is known about these mysterious people except that they all carried calculators of some kind and they all seemed to converge on one house in particular. Experts estimate that the combined power of their fabled calculators is greater than all the worlds super computers put together. The group seems to be holding out in the home of a certain DJ_O, who the Omnimagians claim to be their founder. Such power has put the world at a standstill with everyone waiting to see what the Omnimagians will do...

Wait... This just in, the Omnimagians have sent the UN a list of demands that must be met or else the world will be "submitted to the wrath of Netham45's Lobster Army". Such demands include >9001 crates of peanuts, sacrificial blue lobsters, and a wide assortment of cherry flavored items. With such computing power stored in the hands of such people, we can only hope these demands are met.

In the wake of these events, we can only ask, Why? Why do these people make these demands, what caused them to gather, and what are their future plans...

Or, like Rhombi said, we could use this site to send the the videos to the account via the mobile address for files < 100 MB.

Actually, don’t do what I suggested.
I sent a 70 MB file to an account yesterday, and the account hasn’t received it yet.
I sent a 700 KB file from my Gmail today and it immediately got there.
I sent the same file from the other account, and it hasn’t gotten there.
So unless any of you can get it to work, this isn’t a viable solution. I think Ruler’s idea is better. Or my other idea if it could upload to the account.

I sent myself a small file and got it immediately.
But I don't think it will work for Youtube.
Emailing it to youtube requires that the attachment is the video, but all this site does is send you a link to the download....

I hope someone can help ruler and we can use that, but if not we could use the email site to email the videos to those with the password, though that would be a sad excuse for a system.

We need a system whether it be mine or someone elses. We need someplace for the videos to be uploaded and for admins to approve/download so they can be put on the youtube page.

If I can get uploads working It will be good I have the script to check space usage and autodelete old files set up and running. The account for admins is created. All thats missing is the upload script which since I fail at php is not working. I created a help topic for it a while ago.

I think you should add something to submit text with it too. That shouldn't be as problematic as submitting files. That way people can submit their name, as well as the description and title.

Sadly, I don’t think that the channel design can be changed all that much to look different, but I add these changes to a little faux test account I made.
