Since the last few days, I had trouble accessing every CloudFlare-based website every evening, but this evening is particularly bad, as it has been lasting for over 30 minutes now, even though their status page is showing that Newark server is up.
Also, tonight it's different. The other days my connection to Omnom would be lost too if I didn't refresh and it would eventually error. Now it just sits loading on a blank page, only showing the page title and Omnom still works as long as I don't refresh. Only CloudFlare's status website will error.
I wonder what might be causing the issue? Here are three traceroutes I did via command prompt:

I noticed the site is particularly slow from the local shopping mall too, yesterday and earlier today. I don't remember what ISP they are using, though.
One thing that is interesting: If I am posting via my computer in a topic where AJAX posting works (eg I remain on the same page), it isn't as bad, and editing posts is almost instant.
Also this appears to only happen in Opera 12.16 and 18.0.1284.68 (the latter which is basically Chrome or Chromium engine)
EDIT: Ok browsing solved now. I cleared most cookies I could in both versions of Opera I got. However, this still doesn't solve the erratic traceroute behavior nor the slow loading at the mall.
