Do you mean that when you tell it to back up a program, and it goes through that whole "backing up" screen, it still doesn't work?

Also, what FinaleTI said

ScoutDavid has a problem running Ping on his Nspire.  Details here: http://ourl.ca/6586/133435

I think it's an Axe/Nspire Compatibility glitch somewhere. :(

Is it due to the Input function? I think Input behaves differently from a calc to another.

Strange. Quigibo must have used an undocumented instruction by mistake :/

Perhaps the problem isn't on Quigibo/Axe's end, but is just specific to him? As far as I know, nobody else has noticed any such compatibility problems with Axe on the Nspire, and a quick scan of Commands.inc revealed no use of undocumented instructions.

Maybe another error in his code or in Axe (even if just a small error that is hard to trigger) causes those undocumented instructions or something the Nspire doesn't support to be ran or something. In any case, we would need source code to know if it's really on Quigibo's end.

My guess is that it was probably another program that corrupted his compiled program or some other corrupted ram before running the program that caused one of the OS calls to freeze.  There definitely should not be undocumented instructions in any of the compiled programs.

Isn't the Nspire OS (or 84+ emulator) copied into RAM when the calc is booted? Maybe a bad program simply hit a part of the OS and caused a TI-Nspire-only crash?

The source to Ping is attached to the post that is linked to . :)

After compiling this code for MirageOS, I try to run then it turns my calculator off, just off, doesn't clear RAM, so i try to run again, but then it does. I've searched the code but i dont see anything wrong with it.
