I'm sorry if i might make some mistakes, I'm German so English isn't my first language. Please correct me :)

Memkit allows you to do that (I am talking about listing objects). It should be included in the zip when you dowloaded Axe.
It is fairly easy to understand with the documentation :)
I own: 83+ ; 84+SE ; 76.fr ; CX CAS ; Prizm ; 84+CSE
Sorry if I answer with something that seems unrelated, English is not my primary language and I might not have understood well. Sorry if I make English mistakes too.

I used memkit and I don't think it listed locked programs... I made a lib that lists all programs in alphabetical order here. Its kinda sloppy because I made it a while ago, but you could try it. I used it in AlphaCS.
Visit my GitHub for all my TI programs as well as other projects.
