so, I want to pack some programs in an app using basic builder 3.0. I download and unzip basic builder and flash debugger and I install flash debugger. I start basicbuilder, fill in the name/menu stuff, add an meny option, add the programs and I hit generate. it gives a message to tell me that the hex file was created and to show of its uber compressing skills. and upon checking, the file is there.

so far so good.

now I need to sign the file. I open wappsign, add the hex file, and check the upper 2 checkboxes. it then gives me a message saying that it cannot succesfully find the key file, whatever that is. on good luck I press sign, but that didn't work. so I start searching for a key file and I find one in C:\Program Files\TI Education\TI-83 Plus Flash Debugger\Utils\0104.key. using that, I sign the file and it gives me a message that the app has been created. so I send the app to pti, select it from the app menu, and the emulator shuts off, so it can greet me with a ram clear.

does anyone know what key file I need or what I am doing wrong?
