[splitted from 89 BASIC tutorial creation thread]
I have a printed off tutorial for 89 BASIC, but the only problem is, the site I took it from no longer exists. Well, the one I printed from doesn't, and their other site, hosted through ticalc.org, doesn't have the tutorials on it.
My question, do you guys think it would be alright if I placed the tutorials on my site, giving credit where credit is due, of course??
Also, try googling TI-89 BASIC Tutorials, My site is listed first! And it seems to be the only site with 89 basic tutorials... :ph43r:

hmm I think if you can find the site through webarchive.org , in the credits explain that you posted the tutorial because its no longer avaliable on the web cuz the site shutted down and mention the website link. I guess this should be fine
Yeah I saw your website is highly referenced in google, like in the days before Omnimaga went at invisionfree
I hope mjenkins86 will ever come back

tried looking for it on web archive, it wasn't there. The server didn't allow access for archiving...
Well, I am waiting to see what is said on calcgames (though I may just go ahead and do it anyways. I dunno yet...)

, I went through this and I must say this is an awesome and very complete tutorial and it seems to be a bit game oriented, unlike BASIC gur for the 83 series

Well, compare it to the document on ticalc.org, I did some modifications to make it better organized.

I doubt it, I think he permanently left. He deleted many of his posts, and we haven't seen him for sometime...
@mdjenkins: If/when you come back, I still want to add your tutorials to the site!
@Kevin: I have a secret project in the works for the 89 now, one that will get some of the people off my back about one of the other projects... >D
