Title: TI nspire cx cas wifi symbol with warning and damaged button

Good day

i have a ti nspire cx cas and it shows a wifi symbol with a warning, also when i press the "del" button the exponential function appears, and when i press the divide buttong the function to put matrixes and square roots appears, does somebody knows something about this??

I do not know anything about nspire calcs.  The only thing I can say is that you definitely should attempt to resend the OS.
