Will is till be able to install ndless and suff like emulators/ unofficial programs with HR J
if so, what are the pros and cons?

It depends which OS it has. If you have OS 3.6, you can use Ndless. However, nLaunchy (which allows you to run multiple OSes on the same calc as well as not having to re-install Ndless every reboot) will not work on hardware J and higher.
