Thanks DJ,I have now successfully downgraded the boot2 image! The current version I'm using is 3.10.16.However, when I attempt to install OS 3.6 I get this error with "TI-Nspire Computer Link Software""You cannot install a version of the OS that is older than the currently installed version."I'm not sure how the software knows what the current version of the old software was but is there away around it?
I think you are running os 3.1. In that case, you can install ndless 3.1 instead of ndless 3.6, which is much more stable and doesn't need to be reinstalled. Then just follow the instructions to install KhiCas
