Title: TI-Nspire Bricked

   Hello. I do not know if this is the right section, but I have an important question. I installed nLaunch using the switchpack, and everything was going fine for several weeks(2?). Today, I was switching from the CAS os I had installed to the regular OS, and my calculator got stuck in an infinite loop. I backed it up, and formatted it. I think this was a huge mistake. I then proceeded to install OS 3.6550, and it has stopped working. Any workarounds, or is my TINSPIRE CX bricked? Thanks. The boot code is 3.24

it's the right section (although inside one of the subforums would have been better), but most Nspire users are probably away or never tried the latest Switch packs. Hopefully someone can answer you soon.

If it's stuck on the screen with the clock, as your ti-planet post says, taking the battery out and replacing it should fix your problem.

Thanks for the responses! Levak helped me.  :)  He told me to reboot the calculator into Diags mode. It fixed it. :

Good to hear. I am glad your calculator isn't permanently bricked. :)
