BTW if I tnoc phoenix once more is that OK I just want to make sure I tnoced it so if I tnoc it twice is that OK?
Of course, given what TNOC does.

BTW how do I send it do I just drag and drop?
For instance.

Also how do I know my calculator received it?
By a) watching a dialog, or lack thereof, on the calculator side and b) watching the documents list.

He meant that, to know if the calc received the file, you can:
-check if the calc has a popup saying "File received" or something (and if it doesn't say that, go to step two)
-check in your documents if the file you sent is present in the folder you sent it to
I own: 83+ ; 84+SE ; 76.fr ; CX CAS ; Prizm ; 84+CSE
Sorry if I answer with something that seems unrelated, English is not my primary language and I might not have understood well. Sorry if I make English mistakes too.

Assuming you have nlaunch.tns and the TNOC'd phoenix.tns in your nlaunch folder, the next step is to go to the maintenance menu.
To do this, turn your calc off and hold down Doc, Enter, and EE simultaneously. While holding these down, use a pencil to press the reset button on the back.
Press 2 to delete the operating system so that you can send nlaunch.tcc or nlaunch.tco.

Wait. Is this ALL done while your calculator is plugged In? Also do you mean nlaunch. Tcc AND nlaunch.tco or do you mean nlaunch. Tcc OR nlaunch.tco

Also is this right delete os (still in maintainence menu) drag the two files ( the. Tcc and. Tco) in? So i mean to say how can you transfer those two files after you deleted the os.?

If your calc (not the OS) is a CX CAS, then transfer the .tcc, and if it's a CX (no CAS), transfer the .tco. This should be done after deleting the OS and rebooting, while plugged in. An error will be shown on the computer, but the calculator should reboot and show the letters "PP" in the upper-left corner. You can do all of this while plugged in, but the readme says that it may be more reliable to unplug the cable when the progress bar is at about 60%.

Sorry, I don't understand what you're trying to say. Looking at your screenshot, where is your nlaunch folder?

Rename phoenix.tns.tco to phoenix.tns and send that file, along with nlaunch.tns (download it) into the nlaunch folder on your calc. Before you go into the maintenance menu, your nlaunch folder should look like this:

Close and open the Nspire link software on your computer (in case there are any problems) When you get to the message that says that no OS is found, make sure the calc is plugged in to your computer and follow these instructions to send nlaunch.tco as an OS. The computer software will show an error, don't panic! The calc should reboot, and you should see the letters "PP" and some numbers in the top-right corner. When the progress bar is about 60%, you should plug your calc out to increase the reliability of the installation.
