@xlibman: I'll d/l it again... maybe it'll fix these mysterious bugs I get... Maybe it's just that my calc is a crappy school calc, could be that someone permanently damaged it...

hm... I'm currently integratin battle animations for all melee attacks, then I'll look after dmg calculation... maybe I'll have that finished monday evening, prepare for more uploads

btw: is there a way to easily multiply the contents of two matrices with same dimensions besides multiplying each object manually? cause direct multiplying of the matrices gives me a ERR: DIM MISSMATCH

Matrix multiplication is very different than that, it works with rows of one = columns of the other. I'd suggest converting to lists and converting back.

ukay... found a solution, the battle system is now technically complete besides the condition for the end of the battle.
And all basic attacks are now functional. "Ram" will not only do dmg, but delay the hit opponent.
I'll upload a version today for everyone who wants to try it.
BTW: What do you use to make animated SS? Then I could make some

I'd really really appreciate feedback for this version since at least I think I did a good job so far and am curious to know if it's ok as it is (only gotta add more attacks and item use)

2. I tried PTI, VTI, TIlem... doesn't work... they all seem to have issues with loading Apps >_<
3. Just found a bug, gotta fix it along with some more things and upload it...

Another lil update...
changes:
-hitting an enemy while his ready bar is loading will delay him and deal extra dmg
-enemies now fight back (super-dumb-mode, one attack, no moving :lol:
)
-minor bugs concerning the display of the progress bars and battle animations fixed, dmg calculation fixed

I love the work you've done so far...am currently playing it!
I think the battle system so far is awesome!! Very origional and creative, and the sprites are Amazing! Some things i've noticed during gameplay though:
-had to change contrast manually in program
-During battle, if u move to the bottom of the screen, the the last line gets erased
-Cool GS cursor
Great Job, and keep up the good work

Pic files don't store the last line of the screen, even with xLib...
