Looks good. I agree with Ashbad though about the proportionality.

I haven't fixed proportions yet, but added dithering and a new water tile :D
What about it?

That looks a lot better! Wow, adding the dithered castle tiles make it pop out just that much more. And the water is much more recognizable. Great job!

Wow, that's a really nice looking screen mockup! The trees in that particular picture are fine in my humble opinion. Castles and mansions often times have small shrubbery that looks like small pine trees. The happen to fit quite nicely with this particular scene. However, designing larger trees for other overworld areas wouldn't be a bad idea. :D Very nice looking so far.

Yeah, I was thinking about leaving the trees for this map the way it is. For woods and such Im going to design large trees.

well, I think if you're going to have trees be that size, then they shouldn't be triangular. That suggests that they're redwood trees, which tend to grow to be gigantic...

Remember, it's a royal garden, so the trees are cutted in a special shape :P
I'll try to improve them a bit

@Zippydee, it doesn't really, simply because of the size. Many pine trees share that shape, large and small alike.

I like the water.  How does dithering on the slant walls look? I think that would look better, but I don't know for sure.

Or maybe darken the right-facing slant wall so that the shadows pop a bit more?

Actually, dithering the slant walls is a pain and looks awful. I keep it this way. Anyway, I need help with a bigger (32x32) tree. I would like it a bit like an Oregon Pine. Thanks in advance!

So just a bit like yours? (I believe they're pines too)

I tried to see what I could whip up in ~5 minutes.  I've never drawn a pine before so it ended up looking like a oak-maple cross, but it can be staggered quite easily and looks pretty good:
