Ok so I hate the idea of following the same path as my original Galactic so I threw away all my ideas and totally revamped the game. It's now gonna be an rpg space type solving game. I have been working on it for five days already and I already have tiles, sprites, intro, storyline, menu, scrolling engine, matrix compressor and decompressor. Right now I am working on NPC's and a lot of algorithms for different parts of the game.
EDIT: Also I'm looking for a co-programmer not just someone who helps with code snippets but an actual programmer who does the serious stuff like me. I have the game already well documented so you could probaly jump right into it. It's in BASIC with Xlib.

That's so hard for me not to stop because when I'm stuck on something I just throw the calculator(overdramatic), but if I'm getting somewhere then yea ill keep going until I die but that usually never happens.

yea im have both moving and standing still its just a matter of changing the list which is easy but I can't get an animated screenshot because I am using calccapture and Tilem because i have an 84+, but anyways i cant find a good cap interval to gif interval ratio so my screenshots suck
