That sounds like a pretty decent way to go about it. I'll probably try to set up the leveling to work similar to that.In Illusiat games, I think it's only 10% chances of missing. Still a bit high, but out of 10 hits it's not a lot. In ROL2 and 3, mage-based characters misses 1/5 of the time, so it's hard to attack with them. Other characters hit with a 1/20, 1/15 or 1/10 chance of missing. In some rare cases, I still manage to end up missing 3 times in a row, though. I remember my bro being frustrated when he played Illusiat 11. In Illusiat 12, I think the final weapon had a smaller chance to miss, if any at all, but I could be wrong. I know it had 30% chances of killing the enemy instantly, though.
And ah, okay. I'll not have evasion/dodging at all. Or at the very least, I'll try it but have it be like a very low chance for both Nanoha and enemies so that while it does happen, it's statistically infrequent enough not to be a bother. We'll see :P
